Jonathan Cramer

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

I’m thrilled to be a part of the PediPlay family! I recently earned my Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Indiana Wesleyan University where I had the opportunity to work with kids with autism, global developmental delay, ADHD, sensory processing delays, fine motor delays, and more. It was through my first job working with kids with autism that I developed a passion for helping kids grow and achieve their goals, and that passion led me to pursue a degree in OT. I’ve made it my goal to make each therapy session as fun and engaging as I can in order to help your child grow and achieve their goals, and to help parents carryover their child’s success into all their unique environments. I look forward to working with each family and making a positive impact on your child’s life!

My husband and I are proud parents of three kids.  We have a 7-year-old daughter, an almost 3-year-old son and a 1-year old daughter.  I am a graduate of University of Indianapolis.  I have been working in pediatrics for the last four years and prior to that had experience in the hospital at an inpatient rehab unit.  I love occupational therapy and what it allows us to do.  Over the last four years I feel I have found my calling in pediatrics and am so happy to be with PediPlay.  I am looking forward to serving our clients and growing in my relationship with the families we serve.

MARY JANE WILLIAMS

Outpatient Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Hi. My name is MJ (Mary Jane). I feel very lucky to be a part of the PediPlay family. I appreciate that I am allowed to be creative and think outside the box for therapy. I got to do my fieldwork as an occupational therapy assistant student at PediPlay and was then hired here when I graduated in 2013. I worked at PediPlay until I adopted my first kid and gave birth to my second kid in 2015. I took a break to stay home with my kids and was welcomed back in 2018. I come from a family full of neurodiverse people and I am neurodivergent myself. This helps me relate to many of the kids that I work with. My approach to therapy has evolved over the years. I have taken what I have learned from others and found my own unique approach to therapy. I like to use a mix of child-led play-based therapy, DIR Floortime, sensory integration techniques by Jean Ayres and nature therapy. I love finding fun creative ways to use a kid's interest to work on their goals. I have learned so much from each kid I have worked with. Every kid is so different and learns/works best in different ways.

EMILY WELLS

Outpatient Occupational Therapist

I am beyond excited to be a part of the PediPlay family. I graduated with my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Spalding University (Louisville, KY) in the fall of 2022. While in school, I specialized in sensory processing and mental health. I am currently working towards my certification in primitive reflex integration. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, ODD, ASD, down syndrome, sensory processing disorders, global developmental delays, PANDAS, and many other conditions that impact development. I have found working in pediatrics to be so rewarding. It is always my primary goal for every child to feel seen, heard, and to provide them with the skills they need to meet their goals. Some of my personal interests include yoga, golfing, running, and playing with my dogs.
